Good news, I think, for Bush opponents: the AARP has come out against social security reform.
Interesting point near the end of this article:
"The Cato Institute, a libertarian research center, established a Project on Social Security Privatization in 1995, but in 2002 it was renamed the Project on Social Security Choice."
Apparently, Americans have a clearer understanding of privatization and of the consequences of "free market" ideology than Republicans would like.
