11/19/2004: "Rick Santorum: Why Charter Schools Work"

Here's how it works for me, Rick Santorum:

I live in a huge house in suburban Virginia.

I own a tiny house in Western PA, which I rent to my relatives.

I receive a check of more than $7,000 for each of my four kids to send them to an internet charter school.

But I don't live there in PA.

My children can't be left behind. Neither can my checkbook.

Now that I'm caught, my wife will homeschool my children.

We need to keep the heat on Santorum.
