\nWhat’s the one thing you could do right now that would help you feel caught up?
\nHave you made a list of everything you need to do?
\nWhat are the things you do that help you make the most of your time?
\nHave you looked at the requirements for the project, course, assignment? (With undergrads I find that re-reading the requirements helps them relax.) <\/p>\n
